Our Vendor Network & Sourcing Procedure:

Choosing the right supplier is a key step in the outsourcing process.We have surveyed hundreds of manufacturers that are in accordance with our sourcing procedure. Also, we are constantly improving and updating our vendor base. We perform the following main procedure to identify the potential sources:

• Marketing survey: Research potential suppliers.
• Vendor identification: Narrowing supplier list through communication, understanding and background investigation.
• Vendor selection: On-site visits to plants to inspect facilities and evaluate operations including face-to-face discussion with both QC personnel and managers.
• Negotiation and Competitive bidding
• Providing quote, price review and analysis. 
• Constant negotiation of prices, terms and etc. with the potential suppliers until customer's satisfaction.

All of our recommended potential suppliers maintain appropriate quality and safety certifications and licenses.
